Arrival Story:
I had just moved into a house during my second year of college and was dying to get a pet. My folks ended up keeping Milo since they could not part with him, I was so upset since he was my baby. So I went down to the local shetler where I was told by my folks to get "ONE" cat, well lets just say I couldn't just have one. Tucker was lying upside down in his hammock (in his kennel). He was this huge orange tabby tuxedo who reached out to me with his paw, I had to have him.

Tucker was brought back actually just a day before since he had a chronic respitory infection, he was very skinny, boogery, and could barely breathe. He won over my heart! I remember bringing him home to my parents for the first time, my dad thought Milo was in the kennel, instead it was the second cat I was not supposed to get. However it's only been 3 years and my dad gets choked up everytime I take Tucker back to school with me, big tough guy huh! Tucker is one-of-a-kind. Tucker enjoys lying on his back and sunning himself and if he gets really excited he'll plop down really hard and roll over too. Tucker also loves to give "high fives!" He will lie on his back and you say "high-five" and hold up your hand and Tucker will reach out his paw and pat it real softly. Along with our dog Rusty and Sheena, he has been to the vet for millions of tests, for our hands to come out empty so for now he is on a daily supplement to keep him strong. In fact this poor guy would always get picked on when my roommate moved in with her cats, but in no time he began sticking up for himself. You would hear the cats scrapping upstairs to think it was some one else, but to my surprise Tucker was letting her cat know what was up, I think those drops have steriods (not really). He also lets you know when it is dinner time, not kidding but he reminds me when it's 9 am, 5 pm, and 10 pm , practically on the dot, never call Tucker late for dinner!
