Likes: sucking on his mom's lip

Pet-Peeves: getting mauled by Bender in which he's never scratched a single dog--he's such a sweetie!

Favorite Toy: purple fuzzy

Favorite Nap Spot: On mom's pillow--usually sleeping cheek to cheek, chair under kitchen table where he's staked out for a Bender attack. At night, he likes to be near mom's lip but has to compete with the dog for the spot, so they usually wind up snuggled together.

Favorite Food: fish biscuits and cans

Skills: yes, he is very talented: Can retrieve his fuzzy toy like a dog and can carry on a conversation, he is very talkative.

Dwells:
indoors and outdoors

Arrival Story: We had adopted Manu and although she was a year old, still wanted to play like a kitten. Our other three cats didn't really want anything to do with her, so we had decided maybe to get her a playmate. We had to take her back to the Humane Society to get her fixed, so while there, we decided to see what kittens they had. The very first cage had a small kitten, sort of plain looking, but very bright-eyed and attentive. He spotted us and started meowing loudly, and as I passed his cage, he stuck out his paw and latched on to my shirt. We had noticed him at the same time, so opened his cage and he crawed up my arm and nuzzled my face. That was it, we didn't need to even look at the other cats, he was it!

Bio: Oog is an amazing cat. He may be 'just another black kitty', but he is the sweetest natured cat...to people and cats/dogs alike. He is very intellegent, fearless and so mild tempered. The dog absolutely adores him to obsession and will pull him around the kitchen floor by his ear and Oog barely complains...and never has the dog gotten scratched, as rough as he is with him. Oog has been the one to tie this family together because he gets along with all the other cats, AND the dog....this can be said of no other cat that lives here.
He makes us laugh with all his noises he makes, like he's trying to talk, and this thing he has for him mom's lip, well... we thought he'd outgrow. He's a year now and we are still waiting, but now I'm sort of endeared to it in a weird sort of way, where any normal person would probably be grossed out! Oh well, what can I say...part of being his mom, I guess, but he will do it in the middle of the night...waking us both up--me awaking to a cat attached to my lip and my husband from the noise!
