Cookie had been living outside at the marina and we had no idea where she came from. She didnt seem to be part of Mama's family so she took up residence in the igloo next to our house(boat).
On 1.04.08 o brought her into the house, had her tested(all NEG!) and now she is the newest member of our family.

i was happily living in the igloo at the marina but my new mommy and daddy decided i should have a proper home so now i live inside.

Today was a furry sad day at our house(boat).
Our dear friend and my almost brofur in law, Felix Mendelsshon had to be helped to the Bridge with the help of his Meowmi, Laura.
i knew he was not doing well but i didn't know his time was so near.
Last night his Meowmi laid in bed holding him for a long time remembering the good times...19 1/2 years of good memories.
i know the whole furamily is sad too.
i hope time will heal their broken hearts.
i wish i could help in some way.
i feel so helpless.
i know Frederic Chopin knows i love him and will be here for him if he needs me.

i should start at the beginning....
There i was in my heated igloo on the dock next to my favorite peoples house(boat). They are very kind to me. They bought me my own house and gave me heat and they feed me several times a day...not a bad life, but i have to admit that i am lonely...
That was then...
And this is now!
On January 4th, the lady brought me into the house(boat)! She was talking softly to me as she put me into a kitten playpen. Hey, not bad! Its warm in here too.
On the following Monday i went for tests at the vet, all NEG, and on Wednesday i was spayed. Wow, that was quite a week! The lady came to get me and brought me home after my surgery and i was living in the playpen.
After i was healed more, the lady let me out of the cage and i became a member of the family. The lady is now my mommy!
i have been doing very well ever since.
i didnt think things could get any better when mommy made me a page on Catster and i began to make friends...
AND... i have a boyfriend!
i met him and he has my Heart...he is such a handsome guy...Fredric Chopin is his name!!! MOL
