Arrival Story: This remarkable cat showed up at my patio door one afternoon, the obvious loser of a fight. Both sides of his shoulders had been scratched raw. But he was the most beautiful cat I'd ever seen; pure white with deep blue eyes. I drove him right to the vet for treatment and much needed neuter job -- if he was going to be that bad at fighting. Peter moved right in and was soon the cut up of the family.
Bio: Peter was lucky. Although he was a white cat with blue eyes, he never suffered the medical condition of deafness that is know for those felines. He lived a full and happy like of 18 years. I hated to say goodbye but he was suffering terribly of throat cancer. I still think of him often and keep his pictures. I wish I'd taken more.
