Arrival Story:
I found an add offering free kittens in our local paper, and, as it's 6 months since my husband's old cat went to God, I suggested it was time he had a new best friend. We drove to town, and Gilligan was the last kitten left; we fell in love at first sight, and it now feels like we've had him forever, not just 3 days. He's actually my birthday present to Chris, my husband.

Bio:
Gilligan fits like a hand in a glove, and has never cried, or looked for his litter mates. He just rushed inside and took over.

Excuse me from crying; I havent been able to come to this site since Gilligan died. He was hit by a DRUNK driver, right outside my front gate. Poor Gilly; his love of the field across the road cost him his life, and I will wish till the end of my days, that he'de not been let out that morning. I always thought he was here for a good time, not a long time. God bless you my little man, forever in my heart.

Ouch!

Mum found 2 wounds on my tummy which had pulled my fur tight, and she knows I cant help biting when something hurts, so she asked Dad to hold me while she treated me. Dad had a towel around my top half, luckily cos I kept biting big mouthfuls of towel, but didnt manage to get Dad. Mum scraped off the scabs and cleaned up the wounds and put antibiotic ointment on my tummy. I feel better already.
On a happier note, I've been hunting well this week; I had a big fat mouse, which squeaked and alerted Mum, so she rescued it. She went back to bed, and when she woke up and put her feet over the bed, I was sitting there with a RE ALLY big lizard for her. I am so generous, but she keeps letting these gifts go, and I have to go out and catch more.

We moved house, and Mum has kept me totally inside for 6 whole weeks. I have been very bored, and very naughty, but that's OK, I'm a boy! Dad built a cage; can you imagine how upset I've been, sitting in that cage, watching all the little birdies on the back lawn; I have nearly gone crazy. I have had a lot of spankings, cos I get tangled up in those horrible vertical blinds, but Lulu and I finally got let out this week and it was great! I brought Mum in a lovely little birdie within 10 minutes of getting out, and she yelled at me, and put it in the bin. Today I brought her a nice big lizard; I dont know what's wrong with that woman because she doesnt appreciate my gifts at all !!!
