I'm a Clemson Tiger!

Well, almost! Not too far away from Mom's old haunt in Clemson, and I am happy to be in SC !! I am still Mom's favorite.

Homey and I are still pals, but we both miss Nona very much. Where did she go?? Mom says she couldn't be found on moving day, while our fat butts were lounging in the old house, easy to put in carriers. She called and called, and so did we, but she had disappeared.

We still 'look' for her, and Mom has had to change her little songs to us, without Nona in it, and it sounds real sad. Maybe she will find another Nona for us to aggravate.

Meanwhile I am doing fine and hope you Catster Cats are too!!

Long time no write--!

Hello Catsters,

I am now a happy lap cat! I am also a happy FAT lap cat. This is of course not my fault, there is just too much food here, it's dry or canned or table scraps or a mouse, mercy!! Someone must clean the dishes around here, and it (ahem) isn't MOMMY.

I am king of the hill, and love being a reformed feral cat. But I do need a girdle.

I'm inside at the moment, napping in front of the woodstove, being wonderful. I think Mom likes me best-!

Uh oh, here comes Homey.....and Nona! They want my spot in front of the woodstove. Make me move! HA!

WAHHHH Homey socked me! OWWWW! Mom!?! And AGAIN>>>!!

Well Ma has her spank-some-kitty-butt look going on, so I'm going to hide behind the underwear drawer again. Ta-Ta!!

Homey & I are now best buds!! I forget whose idea that was, probably Ma's, but WE have truced & hang out like Pub-mates. I don't drink but I think Homey does.

As long as he doesn't drive.

It's realllll hot here in TN, can't wait for autumn! Mom makes wonderful things in her woodstove.

Homey & I stay outside now, Mom's kinda sad about that. But I'm large & lovely and my territory is expanding.

Hello again, Ma says I'm the prettiest boy ever. I'm so clean & composed! Ickky Homey is inside today, and I think he's all gross & stinky.

He did come from a barn somewhere; meanwhile I am a barn-again, oops I mean born-again, house kitty.

I'm letting Homey stay so we can dispatch a mouse in the house; of course I will be in charge! Maybe I will let him cook up the mouse for MY supper.

Hahaha....oops, uh, Homey's giving me the EVIL EYE! I think Momma is going to intervene. No one asked her!! But it might be a good idea, bye!!

Oh dear me!

I can't believe it, Ma let that-that BEASTLY Homey (dumb name!) in to MY house for overnights!! And daytime! I just can't believe it!

Maybe she doesn't love me anymore?

I have been given more cheese treats, though; and more toys to play with. And the FIRST serving of food come mealtime. And lots of laptime when we watch "Vicar of Dibley" in the beanbagchair.

Well, maybe it's ok really, but I just can't stand that Homey!! I growl at him a lot, and do my mighty chuf-chuf. I look real scary. It must work because Homey just looks at me, then walks away.

I don't even have to shriek anymore! One look, and he's gone. hehe I guess I've WON then, haven't I?

Soon Mom will get a picture of both us, and I dread it, but she's the Mom!

Wassup Catsters?

I am sooooo spoiled, you too? Mom gave me some clams today & some hairball paste, I don't think those go together? Yick. But I am on the watch list now for getting "regular" **blush blush**. Wish me luck, or mom will try something else, and I'm getting weirded out....

I found a way to break into Mom's room! She had one heckuva barricade into her bedroom "no fleas!!" but I busted it down and leaped onto her nest, & slimed her good.

She was not very appreciative of all this lavish affection, but gently escorted me out, gave me a wittle kiss, then closed the door.

Little does she know, NOTHING is GRAYPROOF!! heeheehee

Ok, so Homey beat me out a few weeks ago; I am now at least as interesting as he is, so THERE....

Homey chased me into momma's attic; I never knew she HAD an attic! What a great discovery.

Homey & I didn't discuss current events, he lies a LOT. Boy does he have ma snowed. She likes him though, I can't figure it out at all.

I'm dozing on her gray hoodie: Gray on gray, in front of a blazing woodstove fire. Ahhhh.....

Stupid ol' Homey has to sleep outside. haha

I am still scared witless of him; no one but my diary knows! Well, ma does suspect......see everyone later.....!

Mama loves me best

Ok, I've stopped hiding behind the underwear shelf. I now hide behind the living room chair, a marked improvement!

Homey & I sat virtually nose to nose today, hissing. Well, I was hissing. He SCARES me.

Mama rescued me, and I'm happy again. Ma & I are best buds; we play laser ball, have lap time, clean house & eat supper together. I patrol the house at night, keep boogers away.

She's the best!

But i wish Homey would go back to his former home. I don't think he'll ever play nice with me.............later..............
