Is this home now?

Well Well....dragged from my cozy TN home to this place in SC, how undignified! I was soooo hot for a few weeks, there is not much heat or humidity in TN. I almost died once, something bit my leg, and it swole up.

After all that, I am pretty pleased with the new place, found my hiding places inside and out, and kinda like being inside now! (B has air conditioning for the FIRST TIME). I like the cool so much, I sometimes sleep on the register, cold air right on my tum.

Yeah. Pretty nice here, and more room to roam. And I am STILL large and in charge!!

Back outside.....**sigh**

Well. I have been ousted from the house: I have a yen for destroying anything like looks like a folded blanket, and I destroyed B's upstairs winter block packing (you'd have to see it)....I let alllll the warm air into the freezing attic.

All I wanted to do was to snooze in a box up there, forget it is about 15 degrees. A box will make me warm!

B. said I needed a long time out to ponder my many transgressions, so I am a happy outside cat again. I patrol the perimeter, eat the mices & get fed twice a day from B. Gray leers at me from a window inside. He looks pretty fat to me, he's lazy & a mooch.

Well time for another patrol. Large & in charge STILL!!!!

Getting persnickity

Bah humbug, I'm no longer king of the hill! This new beast Nona is ignoring my spitting & arching......I'm now trying this out on B (ie Benefactor).

She gives me the evil eye when I do this, man! I can't impress anyone anymore.

I've become quite fat eating here, can't mouse like I used to. The beds are cozy, the treats endless: sheesh!! Wassup with all that?

I live to intimidate! But for now I'll curl up & nap. Gotta work this thing through.

I'm sitting in B's lap, I wonder if she notices?

I invited myself in, ate all of Gray's kibble, then helped myself to love & affection. B is looking at me now, uh oh, think it's time to jump down.

That useless Gray & I have truce now, but I still want to beat up on him. He bit my ear once, and I was impressed. He has some spunk in him!

Well, I hear a mouse or something rattling around in the living room, time for the Homey Express Mouse Delivery!!

Well well well, I have cracked the code to gain access to the BigHouse on a more or less consistent basis.......I PRETEND to be nice to Gray. Wow! SOOOOO simple!

For the past 3 days & some of the evenings I have invited myself in, to dine on Gray's food, then take a long nap upstairs on the wool mattress. I won't reveal where I take potty breaks though, that may get me permanently expelled!

B is watching my manners, and even lets me sit on her lap when she's online. It causes Gray terrible distress, but then he cozies up to the woodstove, shuts his yap, and I can be worshipped in relative peace.

Ahhhhh! I like it inside!

Hmmmm now, what's NEXT?? heehee

I'm BAAAACK............!

Hello you 2-leggeds out there,

It snowed today, and in my bed too, so I'm trying angle a way into the bighouse, but B (that's Benefactor, but sometimes the other "B") says I will beat up Gray if I come in & she's correctOmundo!

I live to intimidate!!

I did race in yesterday & headed straight for the toys. hehe Then I saw Gray & tiptoed behind a chair for a sneak attack!!

B intervened, and out I went on my Homey-Butt. Rats.

There's always tomorrow, I am patient............ ; )

Learning to behave

HA! NOT......

I chased Gray into B's attic & we discussed the Presidential Primaries for awhile until B climbed up & escorted me downstairs.

Doesn't she know we're going with the same candidtate?

NOT!!!!!!!!!!

I RULE.......!

After a few days of hogging the facility, playing with an abundance of toys, enjoying the woodstove........I have declared myself SUPREME LEADER!

Having said that, B has tossed me on my butt out a few times when I've approached Gray with this dictate. Apparently neither agree with me.

H'mm...........may have to change my approach, ya think?

I get loads of hugs from B and get to slap at the feral pups (for adoption, or B may keep) since I've been warned not to pick on Gray. I have it real good here so I'll have to watch my Ps & Qs.

More later when I've tried out some new tricks.........Happy New Year to ME.

Infiltrating the establishment

Now that I have successfully conned my way into the chow line of the benefactor's cave, I have decided to reign supreme over the yahoos that live here, namely Alice & Gray.

Alice is a looker: Reubenesque..........I'll let her stay, but only on a chair or other out of the way structure.

Gray is my nemesis; although he was here first, he will be here only at my directive! Currently I have him cowed in the sideroom, behind the benefactor's underwear shelf>>>>>how manly. I have taken possession of the spot next to the benefactor (known hereafter, as B), enjoying the warmth of a blazing fire. I have absconded most of Gray's toys.

Uhoh, B is looking for Gray, eyeing me balefully. Soon I will have to retreat to the carport to plan more strategies.

It will be a good year for Sir Homey!!!
