Arrival Story:
My mom's coworker's daughter found Freyja sitting along a country road in Lebanon County, Pennsylvania, when she was roughly three weeks old. The woman kept her for roughly two weeks and named her Peaches, but she was hoping to find a less chaotic home for her. My other cat and I were grieving the loss of his brother Shoah, and we planned to eventually adopt another cat, but didn't want to rush things. Then we learned about Freyja, the little roadside foundling, and reluctantly decided to have a look at her, to see if I wanted to adopt her. Naturally I immediately fell in love and adopted her on the spot.
