Arrival Story:
Lucy was one of those "free cat" ads from the newspaper. We original got her to rid a family storage building of the mice, which she promptly did and then procured herself a spot as a beloved lap cat in her free time. When the building went up for sale shortly after, we were left with a question of what to do with Lucy. But she somehow found her way in to our hearts and our house where she became the pampered princess of the family, even after two more kitties joined the family. She was always the favorite.
Bio:
Lucy is no longer with us. In the month of March she was diagnosed with feline cancer all over her body. With no treatment options available, we made the only decision we could and decided not to prolong her discomfort any longer. She was put to sleep in the afternoon of March 31, 2007. Rest in peace old gal.
