Quick Bio:
-mixed breed

Coloration:
Silver Tabby

Likes:
talking, attempting to escape, chin rubs, watching TV, fighting with the hubby's foot

Pet-Peeves:
being told to get off the table, or scolded for chewing on the TP roll - or plastic

Favorite Toy:
anything that seems to move of it's own volition, especially toes. She also likes the tp roll, chewing on plastic or tinfoil when she can find it, and the small plastic container thing from inside a kinder-surprise. She carries that around in her mouth.

Favorite Nap Spot:
inside the box spring where she has her nest, my pillow or right against my side while I'm reading or sleeping, or the windowsill. Her new favourite spot is in the hall, so she can swat at your feet when you're on the way to the bathroom or the bedroom.

Favorite Food:
only one kind of kibble, and anything that comes out of a can. She especially loves when her kibble is flavoured with tuna juice. Pounce treats are among her favourite things.

Skills:
getting into places she shouldn't, carrying on long and involved conversations like her father and letting us know when she's ready to play her favourite game: foot-murder.

Dwells:
indoors

Arrival Story:
When we had Ziggy and Clio, we weren't fast enough on the draw to get Ziggy neutered. The result: Miss Kitten and one other poor baby who was stillborn. She was born underneath the bed and Cinder decided that she deserved the baby more than Clio and stole her. I came home one afternoon to a volley of panicked yowls from Clio and the kitten, so I had to rescue the little thing and sequester mama and baby until Kitten was old enough to totter around on her own. Yes, she is an inbreed, which is why nothing but Miss Kitten really suited her, but she has the best little personality. Miss Kitten is also a talker. She will stretch out on the back of the couch and just start up a conversation with me.

Bio:
Because Miss Kitten is an inbreed, she will always be a kitten. She's still not figured out that the screen door is too solid to get through and that water really is wet. Like her father she likes to lick water off us when we get out of the shower, but she also has a tendency to get into the tub when we're showering and surprise herself. She waits in the morning for one of us to change our breathing before she comes to say hello and paw our faces. She especially likes to paw eyelids or lips until one of us pets her or scratches her cheeks. Her favourite game involves J putting on a shoe or slipper and rubbing her belly with it so that she can get fierce with it. She'll chase him around swiping at this ankle until he does this with her.

Windowsills and all Their Glory

I love windowsills. I can look out and watch all the things going on out there and be all fierce when people come into my yard and stuff, and not actually have to be fierce. I like laying on them in the sun, because my fur gets all hot and I get all warm and squishy-sleepy. 'Course, I have to remember not to rool over. It's quite the rude awakening.
