indoors Arrival Story: Isis was adopted on May 20, 2000 when she was 8 weeks old. So I decided her birthday would be March 20. All we know about her is that she was brought in with her two Siamese brothers. Her brothers were sooooooo cute, but we wanted another female after my beloved cat, Kiki, of almost 14 years passed away a few weeks earlier. Bio: Isis is named after the Egyptian goddess, of course, and is a dilute(blue and cream) tortoiseshell.
She has a cool two-tone chin and the well-known tortietude, but she can also be sweet at times. She has the cutest paws. One of her paws is half cream and half grey. When she was a kitten, every time we called her name she thought we were hissing at her, so we nicknamed her Icy. She loves her cat-brother Nigel even though she picks on him a lot. She never grooms herself; she makes Nigel do it. But she will not groom him in return, so Nigel has enough hairballs for everyone! She absolutely despises Aphrodite, Kahlan, and Gimli . So, to sum it all up, she's a petite dilute tortie with cattitude! Isis was wed-winked to the handsome Salem on August 11, 2001. I got Cat of the Day!?!? Wow, thanks very much! And to think meowmie almost went back to bed, but she changed her mind and turned on the computer for me. Nigel, Aphrodite, Kahlan and Handsome will all have to bow down to me. This is truly an honor fit for an Egyptian goddess kitty.

Finally I get to sleep on the sofa again! I haven't been able to go on the kitty tower yet though because of those wretched visitors. Nigel doesn't even groom me anymore! I don't like any of them except for Nigel. It's nice since three of the kittens have gone to their new homes. I used to be called Itty Bitty Kitty, but meowmie says that Aphrodite is so small, she makes me look huge! That's not a nice thing to say to a kitty goddess! *hisses at meowmie*
Nigel is more tolerant than I am. Meowmie can even pick up Aphrodite and she doesn't hiss. I'll show her! *Isis looks up to the sky for Kiki* Kiki! Help me!
