Arrival Story:
Where do I start? Well ,this is the story of how a kitty that used
to be somebody's baby became our baby. We ( the wife and I)
were visiting her sister, and we could not help but take notice
of a sorry looking cat that was hanging out by her apt. looking
for food and some loving. This cat was the twin to a cat that a
good friend of ours had lost to cancer about 6 mo. ago. We told
her about the cat, and she said she would love to see him. We
took her over to see him, and as soon as she saw the cat she started to cry,(guess that means she wanted him!) The down side
of this is that the household the new kitty would be going into
already had two cats and a large dog and a husband that was not
keen on the idea of it becoming a three cat house! It broke her
heart to tell us that it was not going to work out.( I bet you can see where this is going!!) Well with the weather turning cold, and
this poor kitty with no home what else could I do. ( he is such a
lover doll anyway!!!) He was smart to, he would jump up on the hood of the car to stay warm. And only eat out of the best garbage cans. Some no good rotten person moved away and left
him to fend for himself, breaks my heart to think of it! Well I
think there was room for one more at my house. Iam not sure
what the rest of the pride will think of him, but Iam sure they
will adapt. ( after much hissing, spitting, and dirty looks across
the food bowls) Or I could be wrong, with this bunch they might
think he has been here all along? More to follow as he gets to meet the rest of his new brothers and sisters this Sun. ( For now he gets the pool room all to his self till after we come back from the vet.) By the way, my vet. said if get anymore cats I can apply
for Federal Aid? Is that true??? I dont think so. Maybe he ment
so I can pay the vet. bills.( he is a funny,funny, guy) And if any
one out there in catster land is thinking of taking in that stray
cat you have been seeing, rembember three is just a starter kit!!

I want to thank all of my friends who left me the gifts for Christmas. There is no way Meowmy can respond personally to you all. But please know that we love all of our friends & truly appreciate the rememberances !!!

Hello friends,
I had to let you all know that I have finally found a NEW home. As some of you know Mom & Dad have had to keep me away from the smaller of the females in the house. I play way to rough for them. So for about 2 years they have been looking around for someone who wanted a very large lover cat. It had to be someone whom they knew would take as good of care of me as they do.
A lady whom had worked with Dad called & said that she was ready for a lap cat. She had already seen me a few times & knew that I was segregated from the others. I now have a home where I am the only cat. My new mom Deana says I am everything she thought I would be.
I sleep with her,I am on her lap if she is sitting, & I even want in the bathroom if she goes there.
If she gets a computer going my page will be transfered to her. If not I will continue to hang out here.

Mom & Dad Have decided that after a year I still am not dealing well with siblings around. So if you are looking for a sweet heart of a kitty. I am the cat for you. I am a definate Lap Kitty. I will sit with you for hours if you let me. Mom said that I need a home with no more that one other cat. Cause I crave attention. If I don't get it I will act bad to get humans attention.
Please consider me if you need a lap kitty in your life.
