indoors and outdoors Arrival Story: It's a long story. What I heard from the adoption agency (Fancy Cats) was that he started hanging out with a group of Girl Scouts who were out camping in the woods, sleeping in their tents, etc. The scout leader took him home with her and gave him to Fancy Cats. When the vet examined him they found that he had a microchip, which identified his owners as these people who had adopted him as a kitten. They said they didn't want him anymore ("We thought he was dead, so we already got a replacement"). My thought is that they were the kind of people who adopt kittens and then get tired of them when they grow up. Nice. Well, the joke's on them because Klaus is the best cat ever, very well behaved, friendly and loving. According to the rescue organization, he was living out in the woods for almost a year but he seems very well socialized anyway. Lives Remaining: 9 of 9 Forums Motto: Where're you going?
