biccy update

biscuit is currently toughing it out in the heat,and is a hit with the boys as usual,including thomas.

she is getting worse with grooming though and has gone back on the little she did allow with the zoom groom.

thinking of taking her to a profesional kitteh groomer to see about getting her coat thinned out because of the heat,will be waiting forever for dad to do it.

she has been well in health,but is eating to much and trying to manipulate everyone who comes into the house into giving her food, and she also has a funny routine where she will go outside and come straight back in expecting food,she used to go off for a while but now just goes straight out and back in to fill her belly.

in memory of burbank

this week was the first week had logged on catster since very early last year,and yesterday was going through the kittehs old friends list to see what they were all getting up to.
was left completely shell shocked to find out burbank [a long timer on catster] has been PTS last year,had never personally known her but she had been a personal favourite-as she completely stood out-she had such profound beauty and bold personality,she reminded so much of fluffybum who had looked and acted just like her.

whats more,it had even more meaning to self,because sam was PTS last year for the same cruel illness as well [cancer].

am glad to have known of burbank over the years and hope she is at peace [and as less exercise as she wants] at rainbow bridge,she is one of many kittehs who have brightened catster some more just by being on here and hope her page continues to live on.

.........Having a sleepover

Yeah,Biscuit is having a sleep over at her house from today,she invited her best friend-Ruby over to stay again [of course her crazy mother is coming along to],Rubys' humans are travelling down to London as her human ma is getting some award for being a good girl at her work.
So Ruby will be having some fun with the floor buffer-Biscuit,maybe midnight snacks,raiding Sams dish and leaving stinky brown presents for the humans.

Biscuit had a sleep over this week with her friend Ruby,a beautiful tortie kitten-cat [profile- http://www.catster.com/cats/764179 ] and her ma came along to,but she doesn't like strangers,so no amount of showing her belly works for Biscuits' friend making skills.
Their humans were going on holiday for new year,so it was decided they could have a sleep over for the week.

They have just gone home tonight and poor Biscuit is missing Ruby already,having gone on a hunt to look for her,all she wants is friends.

will have to get Rubys' human ma to film her with her camera and get it onto catster so Biscuit can watch her whenever she wants,or perhaps webcams and skype headsets for both.

Biscuit has got herself another tomfriend!

It has long been known that she had a tuxedo gentleman tomfriend,but now she has got herself another-a pure black tom,he has a gangster background and is well known on the fighting scene [his battered ears are proof to that],whilst Biscuit was at the bottom of the garden behind the shed having a crap,he tried to make Goldie his girlfriend [whilst she was eating],and Sam his girlfriend- [whilst she was going for a wobbly walk],but both of them were having none of it.

Biscuit has got herself employed at night as the 'sheep-dog' or to be more correct, 'sheepcat'.
Goldie goes out on night time hunting trips to try and prove her feral roots to the local cats,and refuses to come in,she wants her dindins served outside,before she's off being the pseudo urban tiger that she is.

Biscuit,once again has come to the rescue and has got herself employed as SHEEPCAT!

Yes,when the old humans are in,wanting to go to bed and ranting 'where has that bloody cat got to' and much worse unsayable on catster,Biscuit,becomes sheepcat,and bravely runs outside,and rounds Goldie up,she has Goldie running in the house like a naughty human child thats' just had its bum smacked.

Goldie then seems to realise she shouldn't have run as she starts to turn to run back out but before she knows it,Biscuit has got her in,and the human has locked the door.

Poor Biscuit gets the risks of the job all the time as Goldie shouts 'yap yap yap' and gives her a clawing for making her look like a pillock.

All in a days work for 'Shep'.

......On Catster Plus finally

As of today,Biscuit [and her whiskered family,excluding her human grandmum that is] are now Catsterplus members.
Got a years sub,dad had to get it as am not able to use a card [council look after money/account].

It's got a free week with it before starting the years sub.
Is all very good stuff,well worth it,had always had the money for the sub but to buy anything usually requires paper receipts and lots of other fussy things due to being in residential care, so dad just bought it in the end,he's a catster obsessive himself,not hard getting it.

..being territorial

Last caturday,marked the historical moment of the cat tree arrival at Biscuits home.
Biscuit likes nothing better than hanging off cat trees [other than fud maybe] and had been waiting for this one for a long time.

She likes being up high as it makes it more obvious that she and other bretheren and sisteren of the cat variety are far superior and have the right to look down on their sub standard human slaves.

She only moves off it when she:
*Falls off after lots of manic rolling and acrocatting
*Sees or hears fud being offered
*Needs to go for a quick plop or splash
*Is chased of by Goldie

Goldie fights for the top level with her,and slept on it the whole of caturday night,she obviously did not want Biscuit to get back on it,but Goldie did have to go some time and Bics was waiting..with vengeance some might say.
...Bics did not move off it the whole day,until the heat got too much for her and she flopped off and went to sleep somewhere else.


There should be warning labels on cat trees like there are on packets of cigarettes,warning cats that 'this cat tree may cause strong territorial hissy fits'.

...celebrating national fud awareness month

According to Biscuit,April is fud awareness month for cats all over the world.
Cats are expected to experience a range of different fuds throughout the month,
and the posher the better,humans are apparently expected to contribute to this and make sure their bellies get filled,in fact,make it fud awareness century.

Well Biccy is on the way to experiencing many different fuds this month,at the loss of many a neighbours' cats' dinner,she has tried collecting exotic fast fud such as squirrel [they're too fast for her] and pigeon [they're too fast for her] and mouse [yes,they're too fast for her],she has also had raw flesh,those new Iams wellness biscuits,and scrambled egg [not together,that would be awful].

Biccy is leading a busy life as a fud activist and has been having to nap on the job,
every sunday there is the big hunt-when Biccy attempts to bravely slay a piece of roast dinner,she eats it in honour of all her cat bretheren and sisteren.
She has time to have a tom friend on the side,a tuxedo gentleman,his name is unknown.
After all that,she goes for a rest in Goldiechops bed those Goldie has something to say about that if she's in it at the time [yap yap yap].

What a busy cat.
