Birthday: July 1st 2005 Coloration: Orange Tabby Dwells:
indoors Arrival Story: Like most of the AAWL's animals, Gumby came to us from the Maricopa County Animal Control (the local "pound"). All of our animals are spayed/neutered, up-to-date on vaccines, and microchipped. Visit our other adoptable animals at www.aawl.org.. Bio: Yup, I've checked myself twice: I'm not green. Then why am I named Gumby? Maybe it's because I turn to jelly at even the very softest touch, rolling around and ducking my head under the obliging hand. Really, I love people that much! I'll even tell you my deepest darkest secret: even though I am a big boy, I'm really a baby at heart. Sometimes I'll even respond to the sound of a friendly voice by rubbing against the nearest surface. While I won't always race to greet you (I'm too polite to get in the way of my roommates), I sure would be happy if you'd seek me out. You can usually find me lounging on a cat tree or in a box or basket. I'll reach out my paw to you once you introduce yourself, just like I'm doing in my picture!

Update: While Gumby is good with other cats, he can also be dominant with them so he'll need to go to a home with other cats who will establish boundaries with him. Lives Remaining: 9 of 9
