Skills: opening cupboard doors (we had to put magnetic locks on them), opening bi-fold doors, neck hugs, french kisses
Arrival Story: We saw Hannah at an adoption site from a local shelter. We were "only looking" (right), but saw the sign on her and her siblings cage, saying that they were found at the city dump. She was no doubt the ugliest kitten I had ever seen! Stringy gray fur, very scrawny, runny eyes, and missing all the hair on the top of her head. Needless to say, she stole my heart. I convinced my patient husband that she'd never be chosen, so we took her home. I keep forgetting to add, the shelter didn't think anyone would want her either, because they just gave her to me, with no adoption fee! It has to be the best decision I have ever made. This little girl has brought more pure love and affection, and more joy to my life than I ever could have imagined. I can't stand to be away from her.
Bio: We learned from her foster mother, that a puppy she was fostered with was responsible for chewing the fur from her head. She looked more like a monkey, than a kitten. She has almost no voice, just squeaks, or says "hah", like she is saying her name! Her purr is just a vibration. Hannah holds her paws up to be lifted into my arms. She would let me carry her for hours. Each morning she wakes me kneading and suckling my neck, and giving me french kisses. She loves to wrestle with the boys, and when we brought Enzo home, she camped out on top of his carrier and they became best friends. Hannah is the best part of my life right now. No matter how bad the day has been, everything is okay again when she jumps into my arms, and wraps those fuzzy feet around my neck! When I am holding her, it's just she and I...the rest of the world doesn't even exist. My lifetime love.

For years the "see recent friend activity" feature has not worked for us so I KNOW I am missing final diary entries and possible email contact information, along with recent birthdays. If you have just posted something like that will you drop me a paw mail?
Thank You Thank You!!!
Hannah & family
P.S. Also please let me know if you have joined other sites, and which ones are good. WAH! I miss everyone already.
P. S. again:
If you have protection on your picture album could you take it off for these final days so we can save photos of our friends?
We have removed ours.
My mom once said of Catster "It's nine-lives into infinity".
We always thought we had a safe forever playground to call our own. But now we face the totally impossible task of saying goodbye to hundreds...no, THOUSANDS of friends we have met here over the nearly 12 years we have been on this site.
*wipes tears* I don't know how to say goodbye even though I have not been very active since moms surgery a year ago. We always knew we could come for a visit and even better, rejoin all the fun when we got a computer again.
So many memories, the rosettes alone have had momma bawling all day, re-reading them. The countless hours working on pages, the excitement of adding a new family member and watching them make friends, the holidays and beautiful wallpapers, the warmth of support when a new angel gets their wings...I could go on and on.
Friends have started to join other pet sites. Maybe I will sniff those out a bit later. But the unique place that Catster and Dogster are is magical. I will wish upon a star tonight that when I awake we will find a miracle has happened. Then momma will yell and tell me I spent a fortune in rosettes! Ha.
You guys are worth every penny and always have been. We will never have enough time to send to everyone we want to, so please know that I LOVE you all so very much and that goes for all the members of the TWB. We wish you all much joy wherever you may go.
