Changes are a Happening!

Hey I haven't logged in in a while because things have been pretty busy in my Mom's life and mine. My Mom used to go away on weekends to be with a little girl with special needs to help out her single mom. I was sad to see her go but I got used to it because it wasn't every weekend! Anyway long story short it has been about 2 years since she started with her and Mom thought that it would be more helpful if we moved in with them. At first I was a little nervous about the move but after a couple of days I realized it wasn't so bad. We have been in this new place since January so it is almost feels like home. The house has two levels and I love to sit on the top of the steps and overlook everything. From up there I can keep tabs on my Mom and even see what's going on in the backyard. I still get to go to my grandparents house every other Wednesday because that's when the house keeper comes to my new place and Mom is nervous that I might get out. I love to curl up on Grandma's lap when she gets home from work. I have no clue what's going on this weekend but I think it might change things in my new home. Mom and Shanna (little girl's mom) have been talking about the D word, a DOG. I think the dog is supposed to help out the little girl but I am not sure how to take this. Mom seems nervous about having the dog around me, we will just have to wait and see how it goes! I will write again when the thing arrives!

My New Ride

I always go out everywhere with my mom but as I have grown up I am becoming too heavy for my mom to carry around. So my mom decided that she would get me something to ride in so I could still go out with her. My mom also goes out walking and running and she always wanted me to go with her but I was too slow on my leash. So my mom bought me one of those pet strollers. I love it because now I can go everywhere with her and enjoy the fresh air. Sometimes mom gets embarrased because the stroller seems silly but we both enjoy going out together so we don't really mind it. My mom is also dressing us all up again for Halloween. Last year my mom, my tortoise friend Napoleon and I were the Wonder Pets. We looked cool. Mom was the duck, Napoleon was the turtle and I was the guinea pig. This year we are all disney characters. Mom is Minnie Mouse, Napoleon is Pluto and I am of course Mickey Mouse. I am sure my mom will post our pictures later. Well until next time, see ya!

My New House

A lot has happened since I last wrote. Our old human roomie is getting married and since she had the place first, mom and I had to move in with my Grandparents. It's not so bad though because now I have the whole place to myself and I don't have to share my toys with Tara. Also, there are 3 other people to hang with. My mom went to Vegas for 5 days and I had to stay with my Auntie Caitlin. My mom and Uncle Jon got in a pretty bad car accident on their way home from Vegas. It was really scary, but I liked having my mom home for a week after. I snuggled with her all day. My mom had me signed up with a talent agency and I was a stinker and would perform the tricks at home but not in front of the head trainers. After the crash mom was unable to take me so we have put that on hold until she gets another car. My mom only works half day now in the summer so I am able to hang with her more. I don't get to go out as much though because it is really hot. Hopefully soon mom and I can go on more of our adventures.
