indoors and outdoors Arrival Story: I had a rough start to life. Some cruel person tied me, my mother and my sisters in a pillowcase and threw us in a garbage can and left us all for dead after we'd been sprayed by a skunk. A kind lady came along and found us and took us to the animal shelter. Mother was so scared when she sensed freedom from the pillowcase that she ran away and I never saw her again. I spent a couple weeks in the shelter with my sisters when a young woman and a little boy peered into my cage. I rubbed against the bars in greeting while my sisters shyly kept to the back. The lady asked to hold me and after that she never put me down, except long enough to take care of my adoption papers and fees. She gave me a save home and a happy life. Bio: I lost my Sim Sim a few months ago to an unknown sickness that the vet couldn't help. His kidneys weren't so good either. He had more good days than bad and we kept each other company and shared our love. I fell in love with him the moment he brushed against my hand in the shelter and my heart never faultered in 8 1/2 yrs. He's gone now but he'll never be forgotten.
