Pet-Peeves: Being passed over for more outgoing cats at the no-kill shelter.
Favorite Toy: Fuzzy mouse.
Favorite Nap Spot: On the chair in the living room.
Favorite Food: Anything.
Skills: Making high-piched squeaking sounds which sound like a baby's cry.
Arrival Story: Squeak was adopted from a local no-kill shelter. We had been there several times but had never seen him there before. The day we adopted him he came up to us at the shelter and was pretty persistant in getting us to adopt him. We took him home and made him part of our family. Unfortunately we had Squeak for only 10 days before he went to the Bridge.
Bio: Several days after being adopted, Squeak showed signs of being ill. He wasn't eating and seemed to be somewhat listless. At first the vet was thinking that he had hepatic lipidosis, but was shortly diagnosed with FIP (dry form). Squeak faded fast, despite our every assistance in keeping him alive and healthy. Squeak crossed to the Rainbox Bridge on January 18, 2007. Several kind people have suggested that Squeak picked us out to be his hospice, that he wanted to cross to the Bridge from his own loving home. We knew you such a short time, but we loved you with all our heart.
