Arrival Story:
I've lived with "mommy" all my life. I was born on Friday the 13th to a black cat (cool eh?) My real mom and dad were her cats too but mom disappeared one day and dad died a few months ago. It made me sad but my "mommy" loves me no matter what.
Bio:
My beloved Kaspar crossed the bridge on April 10, 2006. He went into liver failure and there was nothing that the vet could do to save him. I was forced to make the hardest decision that I have ever had to make in my entire life, by helping him cross the bridge to ease his suffering. He was the first pet that I have had its entire life. I made a promise to him, and I told him that I was with him on the day that he came into this world and I would be right there holding him as he left it. I didn't hesitate for a moment when I was asked if I wanted to stay with him while the injection was administered. I made a promise to him and I fully intended to keep that promise. I was right there when he took his last breath. It hurts to remember those final moments, but at least he knows that I was there and how much I dearly loved him. My heart aches, not having my silly boy to make me laugh. One day we'll meet again, though, of that I'm postitive.
