Clyde LOVED attention! He always got along very well with all the other cats I rescued.

To be honest, he didn't much like his Blazer uniform, but wore it with good grace, especially if a big game was on the line.
Favorite Toy:
Clyde loved catnip, but he didn't really see a need for toys. Except the fishing pole toy. He LOVED the fishing pole toy!
Favorite Nap Spot:
Inside, anywhere; Outside, wherever he could pick up the most dirt, pitch, barkdust, fir needles, azalea leaves, baby slugs, or rhododendron stickies in his fluffy coat.
Favorite Food:
In his prime, Clyde weighed in at 18 lbs. He pretty much ate what was put in front of him.

Arrival Story:
Clyde was hanging around the yard for several months, but would disappear in a flash if anyone even made eye contact with him. He finally got so hungry that he made One Great Decision to trust me. From that moment on, he was the tamest and gentlest and kindest of cats. He let me cut the mats out of his tail the same day as the Great Decision, purring the entire time.
Bio:
Clyde was named for Clyde Drexler, one of the quality players on the Portland Trailblazers basketball team back when they were playing for the NBA Championship.
