This afternoon at 1:30, I'll be visiting with my favorite Vet, Dr. Wray to get my yearly check up and Distemper shot. I wonder how much I weigh in now *scratches head* Mom is planning on trimming our nails and brushing us in a few minutes. We always look so handsome after being groomed but then again, we're always a bunch of handsome kitties *giggles.
We all miss daddy while he's in Norfolk but will be home fur Thanksgiving. Then he has to drive back to Va that night since he has to be in work the following day *wipes eyes. Mom requested off on Black Friday(hopefully she'll get it) because she plans on putting up the Catmas tree. We're curious to see how baby Truffles reacts with the tree since it does have a turning stand? Mom on the other hand is expecting that little bugger to play with the ornaments but who knows, maybe he'll surprise all of us *doesn't place a bet* His new thing is pulling toilet paper off from the rolls and decorating home with it. Mom did have a talk with Truffles, explaining that he best be a good boy since Santa Paws will be visiting next month. Mom plans on working on Catmas Photo Cards during the first week of December and that adventure usually takes several hours or maybe even the entire day, depending on if we decide to cooperate in front of the camera.
PS... Our bro, Cocoa is doing purry well and has fully recovered from his infection (white cells are back to normal). Also, November 18th marked the 6th year annifursary since Cocoa was diagnosed with Cardiomyopathy. Keep up the good work Cocoa and we all love you purrry much.

Meomwy had to work today so we didn't check Catster until later on after she got back home. I couldn't believe it when I saw that I was today's Daily Diary Pick and I'm purrry honored that my chosen Diary was written in honor of my beloved sister Kashmere's 6 month Anniversary at the Bridge. Thank you to all of you who were so kind and sent her beautiful gifties, rosettes, p-mails. She misses all of you and is keeping a close eye to make sure all of her furiends are ok and blessed with each and everyday.
Today was actually a nice day... cool but still really nice. The past few days were raining and just horrible but not today. I even went fur a stroll with my brother, Truffles several days ago when it was super nice out which you can read all about our pawsome stroll in his diary. Our brother, cocoa was under the weather today and had no desire to eat much. he did drink water but chose to sleep most of the day. Cocoa is now 14-1/2 years old with arthritis (lost some muscle mass) and also has Cardiomyopathy (diagnosed 6 years ago) so he's bound to have bad days. After all, he is a senior and likes to nap most of the time. Aspen lays next to him most of the time since they are the bestest of buddies. Mom & dad will be keeping a close eye on him to see how he's doing...
I would like to thank the my wonderful furiends fur their lovely Catgrats wishes with rosettes, comments & p-mails. Sending a special thanks to the following kitties fur their gifties & rosettes... Tate & Fam (pumpkie giftie), Jasmone Delilah & Fam (rose), Sampson & Fam (pumpkin), Samoa & Fam (candy corn), Patchez & Fam (candy corn), Joy & Fam (shrimpie), Muppet & Fam (pumpkin), Bubby & Fam (black cat), Vanessa (pumpkin), Ele & Fam (candy corn), Angel Sammie & Fam (pumpkie). I will be purrsonally thanking each of you tomorrow as mom is a bit too tired and is ready fur night night soon.
Please keep Calvin in your thoughts and purrayers as he's not doing well *stopped eating and drinking) and needs a lot of extra purrayers along with his beautiful family. We would also like to send Calvin a big catgrats fur being today's DDP and I'm honored to be celebrating with such a wonderful and special furiend.

I would like to take this special moment to let everyone know that today marks the 6th month Annifursary since our beloved sister, KASHMERE* made her journey into Heaven. Mom has a candle lit to let her know that we're thinking of her and love & miss her purrry much *wipes eyes* It has been a purrry difficult 6 months fur all of us but we know that she's in a wonderful place with her beloved brother, Angel Picasso. Mom always says that time may help heal the heart but it will never take away the pain that we endure when losing a pet, as they are a member of the family...
This morning, meowmy had to be in work at 7:30 am - 12:30, which is purry early fur her. Dad had to leave fur his work at 4:15 am so it was a bit too early to feed us breakfast at that time. Mom fed us as soon as she got up at 5:45 am. We also get dinner at 5:00 pm along with an evening snackie between 10:00-10:30 pm. This isn't to mention that 3 bowls of dry is also out fur us to eat at all times.
Well, first of all, I would like to meow how beautiful the weather was today, especially fur being the month of October. Before mom left fur work, she opened the windows, knowing that it would be getting warmer. As soon as she came home, there we were, hogging the windows and enjoying the fresh springlike weather... We heard mom talking was she was coming into the home, but we had no idea to who she was conversing with??? OMC... you'll never believe who she was talking to *giggles* Are you ready fur this one? Mom was actually talking to the ladybugs that were sitting on the glass Storm Door. The sudden weather change brought out so many cute little ladybuggies and mom just loves those as well as purrty butterflies. I wonder if the ladybugs answered her back *shakes head* She hopes to see them again, tomorrow...
Tomorrow is mom's off day so she'll be spending the day doing laundry, cleaning the hardwood floors and of course, taking us out fur a stroll except fur Cocoa since he hates the stroller with a passion!
Have a wonderful week my dear furiends and be sure to enjoy this pawsome weather while it lasts. Not sure when it will be getting colder again but we do know that it's suppose to last all week long, Mom may even take her car to get a bubble bath at the car wash, tomorrow!
