Arrival Story:
In October of 2000 I was a one cat woman. My parents had bestowed Lois on me who was a feral cat from their backyard. (pictured sitting on the couch with Cleo--Lois is the black one) She was extremely antisocial and untrusting, and although I loved her I rarely saw her. My boyfriend encouraged me to get another cat with the hopes it might bring Lois out a bit. We went to Petsmart to buy cat food and while there I met Cleo (whose name at the time was Melanie). She was from the local shelter, and although I thought she was beautiful I was hesitant to adopt her. A month later I returned to PetSmart and she was still there. I knew I had to apply for adoption!! She came to live with us in November 2000.

Bio:
Cleo is the most gentle kitty!! She is very expressive in communicating with her parents and has more patience for her little brother Zeus than Kyra-- the middle cat.

gosh I am cute when I sleep

Sometimes when I am taking a cat nap my humans wake me telling me how cute I am. Now that they managed to photograph some of those moments I see that I am even cuter than I could have imagined. Most pictures of me taken while I am awake give me glow eyes. I don't find that to be so flattering. Perhaps my human needs to improve her photography skills.
