indoors Arrival Story: Tobias came to live with us from the shelter where I volunteer. I was filling in for someone and was playing with Tobias and his litter mates. The other 4 kittens were running around the room playing but Tobias decided to climb up on me, settle down on my chest, and started purring! It was love at first sight!! Bio: Tobias was diagnosed with anemia in October 2007 when he was 6 months old. His levels were so low that he needed a blood transfusion. Thankfully, after all of the tests, he does not have any illness like cancer or FeLV/FIV. He still is anemic but it's getting better! Plus, his energy level is so much higher! Tobias still has to take Prednisolone, for now, but once his levels increase, we will taper off the medication. He gets B-12 shots which help increase his energy ALOT.
