I begged my husband for a cat so one day we went to the Gulf Coast Humane Society to "just look". This cat went nuts, trying to get our attention, wanting to be pet, and just so loveable! We decided to take her out and see how she reacted to our then 2 year old son. Well, she paid more attention to him than us, rubbing on him, letting him pick her up (roughly, as 2 year olds do) and was just so good natured! I told hubby that if she could put up with our son, she was THE CAT for us! And we've loved her ever since!
