Arrival Story:
A lady I'd grown up next to needed to get rid of her pets so she could care for her husband. I went to see her cats and saw Freeway. Well, I fell in love with the little bugger. She never answered to the name she had, but when watching A Tigger Movie, she kept looking around. So she got a name change... :)

Bio:
Tigger was found by a dog. She and her litter mates had been tied in a bag and thrown in a creek. The dog brought her home and my neighbor said she thought it was a rat she was so tiny. She was totally human raised and very affectionate. Tigger developed asthma (chronic bronchitis in cats) in about 2002. Several medications were tried, but we were barely managing it. I had decided to shell out for surgery to remove a lobe of her lung on the day she died. I know I tried my best though. She died in my arms on October 2, 2005.

Oh wow... we totally missed getting our second candle on our pages! Thanks to TweeKee's mom for jogging our mama's memory so she came in to see our candles! Plural! Candles now! Yay!!

11th Birthday

Today would have been my 11th birthday. Mama still misses me, but it doesn't hurt so much now. And I know my passing is how Lilly got her forever home. ^~~^ I'll be flying by Sally Maria's house and mama's with special Halloween dust tonight to keep an eye out!!!
