Arrival Story:
I got Max at a shelter in Alabama when she was just a few weeks old. She was out of a litter of kittens who had been dumped on the side of the road. The funny story is, when we got Max the shelter told us we were getting a boy, so that tells you a little of why her name is Max, anyhow, instead of actually checking, we just went with their word and took him (her) home. It wasn't until we took her for her first vet appt. that we found out he was a she. LOL
