Arrival Story: SHELLY IS UP FOR ADOPTION!!!!
A stray cat started hanging out in my friends yard at the beginning of summer. It quickly became evident that she was pregnant. So, she brought her into her house to have her kittens. Well, she had to have surgery at the time estimated Shelly would give birth, so she asked me to take her and be there for her and the kittens. This is how I came to have Shelly. She gave birth to 6 beautiful kittens on August 19, 2007.
We call her Shelly and she responds to the name very well. I'm guessing is about 2 years old. She is very clean (uses the litter box) and a joy to have around. She is sweet and affectionate and loves to cuddle. She is definietly an outdoor cat and needs a home that will provide a safe outdoor environment. She doesn't tend to stray too far from the home and always comes in for the night. She really needs a home that will spay her so that she does not have kittens again. She is great with children and enjoys playing with my 3 dogs. Will make a welcome addition to any new family.
She does seem very healthy, but she was a stray so I don't know her medical history and if she is current on her vaccinations.
