Arrival Story:
She was a resident cat at a house where there were 2 other cats. She was getting lonely and felt neglected as there were 2 others who craved attention. She was not gaining any weight, so her ex-owners thought they would give her away to a shelter to put her up for adoption to be the only cat in a household. Well these people were living in the same apartment complex as I was. My Best friend heard about this and knowing how much I love cats, surprised me one evening by bringing her home. He gave her as a gift for my birthday. She was very lean and skinny. She came home and my priorities changed. My only goal was to provide her the best home possible. She took a couple of days to explore her new home and her new family. Then she settled well when she did not see other cats :)

Bio:
She started gaining healthy weight and was the center of attention at home. She just loved being the queen of the house. Anyone who came to visit me came to see her rather than me! They all fell in love with her. Then after a while my friend who had no exposure of having cats, wanted to keep her as he was crazy about her. So I gave her to him as I knew she would have the best care possible. She comes to my house often. May be one day , she will be coming back to stay with me forever after my friend leaves town. She goes out everyday to explore the world around her house and comes back inside with just one command. "Cherry" and she comes running back inside.
