New Toy!

Toys are the very best thing to have, if you already have a home and food and Mommy and people who take care of you.

Mama Angela was going to the store so I said "Buy me a pwesent Mama!" and she came home with A BIRD.

Mommy Lucy and Bertie say it is not a Real Bird because Real Birds are not stuck on springs, but it does say tweet tweet and it has feathers. So I think it is probably better than a Real Bird because it Cannot Get Away from Me.

Mama Angela said she did not know it would say tweet tweet so much or she wouldn't have bought it but that is the very best part, after the springy part and the feathery part. Those are also Best Parts.

At night Papa puts my bird up high where I can't play with it, but he takes it down in the day time so I can play with it.

Except today he forgot to takes it down so I learned how to climb up on the shelf and now I play with it on the top of the shelf.

There was some other stuff up there but I knocked it down because it was in my way. That is what happens when you forget my toys, so now Papa will learn not to forget to give me my toys.
