Arrival Story:
Sorcha was adopted from the Geauga County Humane Society, via Petsmart. Though extremely sick with respiratory infections (which led the collapse of part of her left lung) and born with an enlarged heart, Sorcha lived life to the fullest.
Bio:
Sorcha died suddenly at the tender age of 2.5 years on January 10, 2001. Due to the collapsed lower lobe of her left lung, and her enlarged heart, she developed sudden onset asthma. It was finally the asthma that claimed her physical body within the span of 8 hours. Her spirit lives on in our youngest kitty, Madchen Chloe Pooperhead, another black and white sprite whose nose turns pink when she's getting into trouble. We call it her "Boo Nose" in Sorcha's honor. I think she'd be proud. We will always miss her, always love her, and forever consider her a vital part of our family.
