indoors Arrival Story: Helen was brought to us by our other cat, Savannah. She was literally at death's door. She could barely sit up. We took her to the vet. She only weighed two pounds. He didn't expect her to live. We fed her water through an eyedropper and then switched to baby vitamins and broth. She pulled through because she's such a trooper and we'd named her after a very courageous woman! Bio: Helen has been with us for almost eight years now and we love her very much. She lost the sight in one eye shortly after she came to us and is now losing sight in the other one. But she's such a little trooper and the most loving, wonderful kitty ever.
Oh - I almost forgot: she only has one tooth! She had dreadful dental problems when she first came to us and the vet had to remove most of her teeth. But that sure hasn't stopped her from eating!
