Arrival Story:
We found Wally at the SPCA one day when we went to visit. We weren't looking for a cat but he seemed to need us and we fell in love with him. He was our first orange cat, although he was actually buff-colored.

Bio:
Wally was the most precious cat I had ever known. He got me through some of the worst times in my life, but they were nothing compared to the grief I felt when he died. I thought my heart would break. When he got sick, I nearly lost my job over it as I wasn't going to leave him alone and I'm glad I didn't as he was worth far more to me than the job I'd had for 10 years. It breaks my heart now to write about him even though it's been years since he passed away. He was only a kitten and a mere 8 months old when he was taken by FIP. He wasn't with us long enough,but he will forever be close by in my heart. It was because of him that I realized it was time to leave the job I had for all those years and while it took it me 4 more years after he died, I thank him now for helping me see it was time to move on. I just couldn't cope without Wally to come home to and now things are much better. I wish he was still here to share the good times with, I'll always love him dearly and be greatful for what I learned from him about making the most of the time we have with those we love.
