Arrival Story:
We took in Hershey's mother, Marmalade, for a friend. She was pregnant with the 5 kittens at the time, and Hershey was the last kitten to be born. Marmalade was so busy with the other four that she forgot to lick off the fresh baby-goo that Hershey was covered in, so my mum stepped in and cleaned her off. Otherwise, she probably would have suffocated. We became attached to the little kitten mum saved, and thought she was the most beautifully coloured as well! We would've loved to have kept one of the other male kittens that looked so much like Hershey too, but pets are very expensive! Luckily, they all found wonderful, loving homes.
