My husband and i had been thinking about getting a kitten for some time...but never actually jumped on the idea. My friend knew of our intentions and called me up one day, saying her friend had a cat she was gonna have put down if they couldnt find a home. My friend said the cat in question was a kitten and very sweet. So we agreed... An hour later, my friend shows up with the poor kitty in a backpack. he was crying and really sounded like a kitten. Soon as i opened the bag this HUGE (well, huge compared to a kitten) poked his head out. Turns out he was at least a year and a half old. But he was adorable...fell in love right away.
