"My name is Tiki, but you can call me Turkey-Cat. I'm a little over a year old. I was born in a healthy litter of four. I guess my original owner did not want us, so they put my brothers and sisters in a cardboard box and left us in the ghetto of Winnipeg. I developed a lung infection from being in the cold and I have no sense of balance - that's what happens when you grow up in a box. I spent a lot of time at the Humane Society because I was sick and not a kitten anymore....and I don't like kids so I wasn't too friendly to the families who visited us. Luckily, I was adopted by a nice family who spoils me and lets me sit on the newspaper while they are reading and gives me fancy food that comes in foil packets. In my spare time I like to bird watch, exercise, daydream about the taste of squirrels, lounge around in my fur coat, and knock over various ornaments with my tail. I'm afraid of the colour black and sometimes I chew my claws out of nervousness." - Tiki the Turkey Cat
