Arrival Story:
Grasshopper is one of the many ferals/strays that live in our yard. Unlike her friends, she spends most of her time sitting by our back door, staring in. When we are outside, she's always around. My parents, who are retired and travel in the winter, feed and take care of the strays and make sure all the new kittens that show up are given their shots, spayed/neutered, and found homes (if possible). During the winters when my family is traveling, my uncle and cousins come by several times a week to check in on the strays and make sure their shelters are okay and the cats have everything they need.

Bio:
Grasshopper needs a home. Both my parents and I are already way above our homes' pet limit. Grasshopper is feral, but she LOVES to be around people and, with a little love and patience, she could be the perfect companion. As soon as my fiance and I finish building our house, we are going to try our best to take her in. But if there is a family out there that may want to give her a try, please let us know. You can just see that "special" spark in her eyes. All cats are special, but I think Grasshopper would be an amazing pet. Grasshopper is located in Long Island, NY.
