I found Lucky and his sister lady outside the spca. Another lady was bringing in a carrier of kittens whose mother abandoned them. I asked if I could look at them and took these 2 home. He was the runt of the litter. The lady never did make it inside the spca. Other folks were kind enough to adopt the other 3 kitties!
