Birthday: February 5th 2004 Coloration: Orange Tabby Arrival Story: Boudreaux was adopted from our local country hardware and feed store. I knew he belonged to me when I picked him up and he "hugged" me then licked my face! Bio: Boudreaux is the "other dog" in the family (Jack is the real one). BooBoo will hide behind anything so he can jump out at you with arms stretched up and wide open...it's the cutest thing you've ever seen! He also must drink from running/dripping water, not a bowl. Every morning he runs into my bathroom, hops into the tub and begs, with a very deep, loud meow, until I turn on the faucet. On one particular morning, since I had gotten to bed way too late the night before, I was totally exhausted. As I made my way into the bathroom to get ready for work with one eye opened, the other closed, there sat Boudreaux in the bathtub ready for his morning drink. As usual, I turned the faucet on and he began to happily lap at the water. But, within seconds he shook his head, tried again, then ran away. I thought, "that's strange, he never does that". Well, much to my surprise I had mistakenly turned the HOT water on. Poor little fellow! Needless to say he was quite skeptical the next time he asked for running water and was careful to test it first. He also will jump into my kitchen sink if I turn my back on him even for a second. He likes to drink water out of the faucet there as well. In fact, he drinks from anything that is "dripping" water. He's also known as the baby of our family...be sure to look at his photo album.
