Arrival Story:
Well, I was planning on getting a little white Persian kitten, but when I walked into the rescue, Fritz picked me out instead. They let me have him despite his very young age (2-3 weeks). Somebody had put him and his two brothers into the dumpster at McDonalds when they were only a few hours old. So he never had a cat mom, but I bottle fed him myself, and he never knew the difference. It was the most amazing bonding experience I've ever known.

Bio:
Fritzie passed away Memorial Day of 2005. I dream of him sometimes, and I know he's in heaven - I'm sure getting plenty of attention! Me & Fritz had a blast together. Especially at Christmas! He loved to go to the drive-thru Christmas light displays. He'd sit in the back window, mezmorized by all the lights. On our last trip, we had a run in with a pond full of ducks that scared the crap out of him. Another time, we visited all the road side attractions on the Lincoln Highway and he had his picture taken at all these neat little places. However, when we stopped to pose for a picture with a live buffalo, he was terrified and peed all over me. What a snapshot! Fritz won a lot of prizes...best kitten, best adult, best cat...alot of bests! But my favorite was the prizes we recieved in a public speaking contest demonstrating cat massage. I couldn't have asked for a better partner. He enjoyed visiting nursing homes and he even voted in two elections! (According to my mother, he's a democrat.)
