Arrival Story:
I was back in the pound, this time because I "did not get along well with others". It had been a long month, and the sign on my cage announcing my heart murmur wasn't helping. Then came my new Mama and DaDa, bereft after the loss of Oliver, and then his brother, Oscar, almost a year later. A third trip to the Humane Society led to them finding me. I am the only indoor animal, here, and I love to welcome people at the door and hold court from my cat tree. When anyone walks by my perch, I stretch and yawn, then send a paw out to arrest the passer-by until I get petted to my satisfaction.

Well, my nickname is Miss Thang, ya'll, and I hope you will vote for me to be a calendar cat for the Humane Society of Spartanburg, SC (I have been incarcerated there, twice, (and call it jail) but they helped me find my current Mama and Dada who are keepers. My bio (in jail) said that I did not get along well with others. I love my new dog-brother, who Mama and Dada also freed from jail. My bio should have said, "does not get along well with others of her own species". Yawn. A beauty nap calls.
