Arrival Story:
Ginger is a feral cat who decided to live in our laundry room under the porch. She now lives in luxury as she gets food every day and a warm box with a blanket to sleep in. Her bed is under the furnace ducts, so it is very warm in the winter. I love her very much, but she still will not let me near her. She is happy to let you look from afar, but I've never been closer than about three feet.

Since today is my birthday, meowmy gave me some special treats today. I found fish-shaped chewy treats in my bed after she came downstairs to give me breakfast, and I got some real pieces of chicken!
This is the first birthday I've ever gotten to celebrate. Last year, nobody knew I even existed and now, I get special treatment all the time and extra special treatment today because it is my birthday.
I'm such a lucky kitty. Thanks for loving me meowmy, I love you too.
Thank you to Catster for giving me all those treats and for giving me some paw. Me and meowmy love Catster very much.

I'm really happy that I found you, and you found me. It's so much nicer having a warm, safe place to go whenever I want, rather than having to wander around and look for one. I love it when you come downstairs to put food in my bowl, and you talk to me or sing to me. Thank you for being so kind and bringing a little love into my life.
I may never let you touch me, but I assure you that I appreciate all that you do for me and my brothers.
Purrs and prayers to all the other ferals that they find someone as wonderful as my meowmy.
