children. loud noises. dirty towels, my towels have to be clean before i can sit on them. children!!!
Favorite Toy:
my scratch pad with catnip in it. i love rubbing my face all over that thing. i also like to roll around in it. it smells so good.
Favorite Nap Spot:
i've got a few. i love random piles of clothes the best though. especially if they're clean.
Favorite Food:
anything with fish flavor in it. i love it when my mom opens up a can of tuna and pours the water in my food bowl.
Skills:
if napping is considered a special skill... i used to play fetch, but now i just love to sleep and roll around in catnip all day long, and all of the night too.

Arrival Story:
my previous owner was a guy who worked with my current mom. he needed to give me up because his girlfriend was moving in with 2 of her own cats. he lived in a house of 4 other cats and couldn't keep but one. i was the one they all picked on. one of the cats that picked on me was my own birth-mother. they told me she didn't like me anymore because when they neutered me i smelled differently and she thought i was a stranger. it made me very sad. they kept me locked in the bathroom so the other cats wouldn't get to me. i was a wimp back then too, and couldn't fight back. i became neurotic and would lick the fur off my tail and back area. i freaked out over every little noise. nobody wanted me. he tried to find people to take me, but when they saw me they were grossed out. i wasn't as handsome then as i am now. but my "mom" was sad because no one else wanted me so she took me in. i had a rough life in my previous home. my "mom" was very patient with me, that's why i love her, she's a very patient human. i would just spend my days and nights under the bed or in the closet.
finally one day i came out and started exploring.
i decided, "they haven't harmed me yet, so they might not be so bad afterall, and there are no other cats around."
then when i was comfortable enough, and new that i was safe in my new home with my new humans, i stopped licking the fur off my back. and finally after a few months i started going outdoors. now i love the outdoors as well as the indoors.
i have many friends in the outdoors, including some skunks.
i let them come in to eat my food sometimes.
my mom doesn't freak out, she thinks they're cute. she just knows to keep her distance. i do too, i have alot of respect for skunks and possums.
anyways, i'm very loving now. i'll even jump on people's laps.
i never used to do that before.
i am forever grateful to my "mom" who adopted me and gave me the happy life i didn't have before and never knew existed.
Bio:
i like the rain.
when it rains i sit safely inside our sliding glass door looking out.
my mom loves the rain too, so she'll open the door so that we can smell the rain and stare at it together for hours. it's my favorite pass-time with my mom. we share that in common.
actually we share alot in common, i love clouds too. i think i got it from her though. she got me into it. i love winter days, when we sit together on the couch to watch a movie. i get to sit on my mom's lap and she rubs my belly and scratches my head. those are the best times ever.

it's been a while now (a year to be exact) since my human mom moved to boston along with my buddy Luna.
i miss them both very much.
my mom didn't abandon me, don't think that.
she left me with her mom, my grandma.
i didn't want to move because i'm too old and i've been living here for many years. i don't want to leave.
but my mom moved all the way accross the country.
she will be visiting me soon though.
anyways.
i just wanted to share that.
i'm doing good with my grandma.
she sends my mom pictures of me all the time and i get to hear her voice on the phone sometimes.
and i get to talk to Luna too...
meow...
