Arrival Story:
Called a breeder, went to see the litter and fell in love with the biggest Himmy she had. At that point, I only had a dog (Shih Tzu) so Romeo is my first boy and he knows it.

Romeo is th basis for my screename, which is "Mypurrogative". Romeo's Father's name is Bad Attitude and for some reason, I was thinking about that song by Bobby Brown called "My Perrogative", and I came up with "Mypurrogative". Romeo is the "alpha cat for sure". On April 14, 2009, we had to put Romeo down due to kidney failure. We are very sad over this sudden decision and he will be greatly missed. We appreciate all of the kind words from all of you on Catster, our thanks to all of you. Romeo was special in a way I can't describe. He was the daring cat, the boss, nothing seemed to scare him. When he started loosing weight, we thought it was just from shedding his winter coat. Never in a million years did we think we would be walking out of the vets with an empty cat carrier. But it happened and we are deeply saddened. He will never be forgotten.

April 14, 2011 has been two long years since my beloved Romeo passed to the Rainbow Bridge. All I can say is that I miss him so very much and think of him every day. I have his picture as my screen saver and everyday I see him and wish he were here with me.

My heart still aches, even after a year of my Romeo's passing, I can't get him out of my mind. I look at my other two cats, Zsa Zsa and Mr. Hollywood and they just aren't anything like my Romeo. When will this pain go away? There wasn't a day that went by that I didn't think of Romeo and how mischievious he was and how much I loved him. My little one, Mr. Hollywood was his best friend, and now I'm his best friend. I'm still very sad to this day that I lost my Romeo at the age of 8 to kidney failure. I love him so very much.
