Polypods Rule!

I made a new friend today, another Zeke who is also a polypod like me and who I met on Catster. Being that little Zeke is young, I felt compelled to set a good example and so decided to challenge Eddie tonight for bedspace. I was tired of his arrogance anyhow and his attitude that he is always entitled to sleep in the best spot, under the covers between Mom and Dad. Well, I showed him! I waited until he'd gotten comfortable and had warmed up the spot for me, and then I appeared and stared him down, flexing my massive toes in his face until he conceded defeat and slunk away like the little wimp that he is. I was victorious and claimed my prize, the comfy warm spot under the covers between Mom and Dad. Mom praised and rewarded me with snuggles and cuddles and I purred loudly in acknowledgement. Some things are worth fighting for!

There's trouble brewing

During Opie's reign, I have been very content as he is a fair and worthy ruler. He can be counted on to settle all disputes in a timely and just manner. I am aware of Eddie's plot to overthrow him and I will not support it as he is a spoiled little brat who gets his way too much of the time. I hope Opie can subdue him, tho, as I am a lover and not a fighter, but if necessary I will rally to Opie's side if he calls for my aid.
