Arrival Story:
A friend's daughter acquired the kittens when they were four weeks old because Kaylee was sick and Zoe was not getting along with the remaining littermates. She had to find a home for them, and my husband offered.
Bio:
They are named after two of the principal female characters in the TV series Firefly. Despite being sisters, they have had quite different personalities since the day we got them. Kaylee is a curious, daring explorer and Zoe is a contented follower. She actually lies down and yawns while Kaylee meows to get things for both of them! However, once you get Zoe involved in playing with a toy, or if she feels threatened, she is incredibly active and ferocious.

We want to go out all the time. Since mom and dad only allow us out with supervision, we propose that they move their offices to the backyard.
