Arrival Story:
Dan and I went to the Silicon Valley Humane Society after my co-worker, Shannon, got a cute kitty there (Bert's friend Dexter). I went in there wanting an orange kitty and I got my orange kitty. He was the first kitty we held and we fell in love with him immediately. I still feel bad about separating Bert from his orange brother, Guiness. I hope Guiness found a good home too.
Bio:
Bert has a secret crush on his cousin Spicy Maria. He hopes one day she will loosen up so they can be friends! He also loves his slumber party pal Dexter! Bert also just bit my ankle again, to remind me to mention his favorite dog cousin Billie! He loves rough housing with her for hours.
In October we got a new addition to our family, little Nermal, who is Bert's best pal and girlfriend. I was worried they wouldn't get along at first but they are the best of friends!
Bert happens to be a big Daddy's Boy too, he loves chewing on his father's toothbrush...Nope, won't touch mine ever, but he's all over his dad
