Bitu's First Spanish-Speaking Catster Friends

Some of the cats and dogs who have become friends with Bitu know that her younger human (me) has the ability to learn foreign languages. Some cats have recently arrived at the KittyWhiskas For Catsters group and the KittyWhiskas For Catsters Memorial Wall who seem to know Spanish because I have asked what some words meant that are new to me, even though I know enough Spanish to speak, read and write. So Bitu got a Catster Friends Request which translates as, "Hello! Thank you for inviting us to your beautiful group and for your beautiful words of support. We would be delighted if you would add us as your new friends." Naturally, of course, Bitu was glad to accept, so I helped her compose a reply which translates as, "I would like very much to become your friend. And I hope that my sister Minnie will become the friend of the angelic cats LaBichita and Lil Crumb Cake II in Heaven near the Rainbow Bridge. Excuse that the computer doesn't make the appropriate marks over the letters." It was an article in a Mexican children's magazine that told of the I-Mac being a good present for Children's Day, and it was my translation of it that inspired my brother to get an I-Mac as our first computer, and we have an E-Mac now as our second computer. I've wanted to enroll Bitu in some of the Spanish-language groups here, but sometimes groups are hard to find, though maybe these new friends will invite her to some of their groups. But we would still have a bit of a problem making the appropriate marks over the letters on the computer, though I think the groups would understand. I'll have to check and see how the computer can go back and forth between languages. I might practice off the line before trying to switch back and forth on the line. This is a very exciting proposition.
