As I looked down this evening from Heaven and watched Mama laying in bed, she was so sad, and crying. Thinking of the last few days we spent together. She just couldn't stop crying. She kept calling out my name and saying how much she missed me. I then surprised her by visiting her, by Meowing, so she could hear me. After about the 4th Meow she realized it was me. I meowed one more time. She said, Shadow! A sense of calming peace came over her, and I then knew I could go back to the Rainbow Bridge.
It has been Two in half weeks since you have gone to the Rainbow Bridge and not a day goes by have I shed a tear's for you. My heart aches so much now that you are gone. They say time heals all wounds. I was so blessed to have you in my life. You gave me so much love. I will never forget your hugs you gave me almost everyday. Sleeping above my head every night on my pillow. Kneeding my head, and purring for about 20 minutes before you went to sleep. Every night I reach above my head and then realize your not there. But I know you will always be deep in my heart and mind forever.
Any time I was bothered, sick, or hurt you would come to me and comfort me by purring and rubbing against me. You always knew how to take care of me.
Remember when we took our camping trips together? That squirrel sure gave you a run for your money. Before we went to bed, you made sure all of the bugs in the camper were gone! I was so proud of you!
Thank you Shadow for being in my life. I will miss you my boy!
There was this baby kitten two blocks away from where my Mama lives, who was all by her self. She was very frighten, so I flew down from the Rainbow Bridge and protected her and comforted her. And told her, you will have a home soon little one.
On Oct. 30th, at about 6 AM my mama was up for she couldn't sleep, and heard this kitten crying. Milkyway, my new brother and her went looking, and found her two blocks away. My Mama looked every where for this kitten's family and didn't see any, and she picked her up and brought her home. I had a BIG smile on my face.
Mama checked her over, and saw she was dehydrayted and could feel her ribs, and had stuff in her eyes and had earmites. Mama immedietly fed her, and she drank quite a bit. And the name of the kitten is Pumpkin. She is so sweet and precious. I know Mama will take good care of her like she did me.
Tonight when Mama and Pumpkin were at my page, Mama started crying for she was missing me. Then she noticed Pumpkin was watching the Slide Show of my life, that my Mama put together. Mama kept asking her, do you know Shadow? She would look at Mama then turn her head and continue looking at his pictures. Mama had tears rolling down her face, for she knew that I protected Pumpkin and comforted her until Mama found her. Once Pumpkin saw all the pictures of me, she layed down and went to sleep. Mama says I am one amazing Boy!
