Leave a treat for Frodo Birthday: July 26th 2003 Arrival Story: Frodo was one of two surviving kittens from Bru's second litter. One evening, Bru had decided to move the kittens from the basement to the top of the stairs leading to the basement. I heard the kittens crying and found their new hiding place. And for the first time (despite having helped Bru deliver them) I got a really close look at their legs and feet. The kittens in Bru's previous litter had numerous problems and also showed signs of deformities in the legs and feet. So I wasn't surprised to find the white & grey kitten in the new litter had something off as well. She was missing a toe! The "thumb toe" on her left front paw was missing.
